The Poliplast disinfection tunnel is designed for high-throughput mass disinfection and testing (temperature measurement) to reduce the risk of viral and infection transmission. The fully automatic intelligent control system significantly reduces human workload related to monitoring and safety operations and minimizes the risk for personnel working in crowded areas.

The disinfection tunnel is equipped with high-precision industrial infrared spectral sensors, allowing fast and reliable non-contact body temperature measurement. If the temperature exceeds the limit, the system triggers visual and audio alarms.

The disinfection process occurs in stages:

Face recognition, mask detection, verification, and temperature measurement. If parameters are out of range, the system alerts the operator.

Hand disinfection. The temperature measurement zone is equipped with a hand sanitizer with non-contact induction spray.

Full body disinfection. The disinfectant spray activates when a person enters. The disinfectant is food-grade, safe for human health, and widely used for disinfecting food and water.
