WRS pulsation dampeners are designed to eliminate pressure fluctuations and vibrations generated by metering and plunger pumps.

By stabilizing the flow, the system efficiency and dosing accuracy are significantly improved, while pumps, seals, and pipelines are protected from hydraulic shock and fatigue.

How It Works

Compressed gas is charged into the air chamber and isolated from the process fluid by an elastic bladder.

During pump discharge, the fluid compresses the gas, absorbing pressure peaks. When pressure drops, the gas expands and pushes the fluid back into the pipeline.
