The MLS Series dosing pump is a solenoid-driven diaphragm pump with microprocessor control and adjustable frequency. It can dose all types of fluids, including corrosive solutions. Widely used in oil, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, paper, light industries, agriculture, water supply, and other industrial and technological sectors for fluid dosing applications.

The operating principle involves an electromagnetic drive moving the diaphragm in reciprocating motion within the pump head, altering chamber volume and pressure. Pressure changes activate suction and discharge valves to achieve precise fluid intake and discharge. The MLS pump offers a nominal flow range of 1–20 L/h with maximum output pressure of 10–1 bar. Flow output can be adjusted via pulse frequency control. It features a simple structure, low power consumption, high accuracy, and a new screen display.

What’s the Difference Between ML and MLS Series?

The key difference lies in remote control capability. The MLS Series includes an additional signal connection for 4–20 mA or pulse signals, while the ML Series lacks this feature. All other parameters remain identical.
