Hydraulic Diaphragm Dosing Pump

The Draulico H series dosing pump is the most high-performance hydraulic diaphragm dosing pump produced by WRS. Inside the pump, the diaphragm moves back and forth under the action of hydraulic fluid, while the fluid itself is pumped by a piston with a reciprocating motion. Thus, one piston pump drives another — a diaphragm pump.

On one side of the diaphragm there is driving hydraulic fluid, and on the other side there is the fluid being pumped. Under the action of the piston, the driving fluid moves the diaphragm and, in turn, pumps the fluid on the other side. This arrangement eliminates any contact between the pumping element and the pumped fluid. This helps to prevent leaks and makes the pump suitable for handling expensive, explosive, or toxic fluids.
