In connection with the introduction of new restrictive measures against Russia in 2022, the Poliplast company implements its own import substitution of foreign components for galvanic equipment, expanding the nomenclature of manufactured products. To date, several import substitution projects have been launched, one of them is the production of a line of heat exchangers for galvanic baths, which were previously purchased in Germany or Sweden. In May of this year, a heat exchanger made of stainless steel of the brand was made: 06KHN28MDT, with dimensions of 2.4x0.9 meters. The heat exchange surface is 5 m2. This coil was made for one of the customers in Kaluga and is designed to cool a bath with a sulfuric acid solution. Poliplast LLC has the entire complex of equipment and technologies for the manufacture of template. Pipe bending is carried out on an automatic pipeline machine with a numerical software department of Russian production. The machine allows you to make heat exchangers from pipes with a diameter of 16 to 48 mm with high accuracy and performance. Own developments allow not to depend on deliveries from abroad, to execute orders as soon as possible and maintain a reasonable price for products.
