Poliplast provided electroplating equipment to the largest electrical engineering company in the Chuvash Republic
One of the most modern electroplating facilities in Russia was officially launched at the Cheboksary Electrical Apparatus Plant in the Chuvash Republic. The design of the new plant and supply of equipment was done by Poliplast.CHEAZ started the implementation of a large-scale investment project in 2023. It took about a year and a half to launch the plant. During this time, a building was constructed from scratch, engineering communications were brought in, equipment was imported and installed. Modernization became possible thanks to the state subsidy, which the plant received within the framework of the agreement signed with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
Alexander Gorelov, General Director of the company: "530 million rubles of the state subsidy was spent on the equipment, and the company's own funds - 240 million rubles - were also invested in the construction and connection of utilities. The second and third stages are planned. In total, 1 billion 400 million rubles will be invested in modernization of the electroplating plant".
Today the production complex includes five electroplating lines, 16 units of equipment, with automation of processes, possibility of their visualization and control. And the main thing is to ensure high quality of products.
Metal electroplating is a complex technological process, during which the thinnest metal film is applied to the product. It prevents the formation of scratches and cracks on the surface, increases the strength of the part, protects from harmful factors, gives aesthetic qualities. Thanks to electroplating, the products of CHEAZ can be used in all climatic conditions: both in the hot tropics and in space. The company offers about 15 types of electroplating and chemical coatings.
