Horizontal and vertical pumps and filtration units

Industrial pumps and filtration systems for electroplating are corrosion-resistant horizontal and vertical pumps and filters, which are used in electroplating tanks and scrubbers.

Sayron Rectifires

Sayron manufactures high quality switching rectifiers, thyristor rectifiers as well as anodizing rectifires. Rectifiers are manufactured at two factories in Turkey in Istanbul and Izmir. Poliplast Ltd. is an official dealer of Sayron rectifiers in Russia. Our specialists received technical training in Turkey. Service center for rectifiers repair and maintenance is organized on the company base.

Flex Kraft Rectifires

Reliable Flex Kraft modular rectifiers, created specifically for electroplating shops, are the key to uninterrupted power supply of the electroplating line. The uniqueness of Flex Kraft rectifiers consists in their modular design. Any arrangement of units is possible, which enables to take into consideration changes in the process requirements and increase rapidly the power of the rectifier, equipping it additionally with modules. The universal design, small dimensions and high degree of protection make it possible to install rectifiers directly near the electroplating line.

WRS dosing pumps

Diaphragm dosing pumps are designed for precise batch feeding of liquids and reagents used in the operation of electroplating lines.

Poliplast LLC offers dosing pumps for chemical reagents with various performance characteristics. It can be a mechanical diaphragm dosing pump of the MA or MB series, designed for large volumes. Either an electromagnetic diaphragm chemical dosing pump of the MG or ML series (in the MLS version with an adapter for signal reception). .

Precious metal regeneration unit

The precious metal recovery unit is used to recover precious metals from the washing wastewater of electroplating tanks. The unit operates on the basis of a simple and cheap method of electrical treatment, ensures the settling of low metal concentrations and avoids complex methods of recovery and purification of electrolytes, minimizing costs and water consumption.

The recovered non-ferrous metals may be reused in silver plating processes.

The effect of the unit operation is directly proportional to the concentration of the recovered metal and the size of the tank.

Heat exchangers and heaters

To maintain the temperature in tanks, the electroplating lines of Poliplast LLC are equipped with heat exchangers and heaters. The type of equipment is selected depending on the process requirements. These may be heating rods, cylindrical or flat submersible heaters.
It is possible to install plate heat exchangers or manufacture economical coil heat exchangers made of stainless steel and titanium.
Poliplast LLC launched the operations of its own line of heat exchangers for electroplating tanks, which have been previously purchased in Germany or Sweden.
Poliplast LLC has a full range of equipment and technologies for the manufacture of heat exchangers. Tube bending is made using an automatic numerically controlled tube bending machine made in Russia. The machine enables to manufacture heat exchangers from tubes with the diameter of 16 to 48 mm with high accuracy and productivity.
Our own developments enable not to depend on supplies from abroad, fulfil orders in the shortest possible time and maintain a reasonable price for products.

Cathodes for electroplating barrels

Poliplast LLC supplies electroplating lines with high-quality flexible cathodes. Cathodes with the cross-sectional area from 35 mm2 to 185 mm2 are available, with removable tips or with fixed fastening. In addition to high flexibility, the product is characterized by impact resistance and torsion resistance.

Salt mist chamber

The equipment is used to test the resistance of the protective layer to the corrosive effects of salt mist. Salt mist chambers are energy-efficient, simple and low-maintenance.

Beam crane

Poliplast manufactures overhead single-beam cranes. It is possible to buy the beam crane in a standard or extended configuration, depending on the process requirements. We provide installation and maintenance services for the cranes.
